Enquiries, quotations and project agreements
Sending a form, booking a discovery call or browsing a package does not by itself book paid work. Before a project starts, the agreed quotation, proposal, written agreement or marketplace order should set out its scope, price, payment schedule, deliverables, revisions, timeline and any licensing arrangements.
Starting prices on the website are in USD and apply to the stated entry scope. Additional screens, applications, revisions or implementation can change the quotation. Confirm the full requirements and price before booking.
Project-specific written terms, and any applicable marketplace terms for an order placed through that platform, govern that engagement. Applicable mandatory rights remain in effect.
Revisions, delivery and handoff
Follow the scope and revision allowance in your confirmed package or agreement. The starting packages described on this website include two revision rounds. Requests outside the agreed scope should be discussed and quoted before extra work proceeds. Delivery dates depend on the confirmed brief and the information and feedback needed from you.
Design assets and software implementation are separate deliverables unless the project agreement includes both. In particular, Roblox Studio implementation and Lua scripting need a separately agreed scope when they are required.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
The payment arrangements and any cancellation or refund provisions must be confirmed in your project agreement or applicable marketplace order. If you need to pause or cancel, contact the studio as soon as possible so the work completed and the agreed arrangements can be reviewed. Any applicable statutory cancellation, refund or consumer rights remain in effect.
Design ownership and third-party materials
Ownership, usage rights and handoff of design files depend on the project agreement. Fonts, photographs, stock assets, software and other third-party materials may require their own licences. When supplying content, references or brand assets, make sure you have permission to share them and explain any restrictions.
Portfolio work may contain client-owned logos, trademarks and other protected material. Please contact us before reusing website text, layouts, images or portfolio assets in your own material.
Using the website responsibly
Use the website for legitimate browsing and enquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass its security, submit malicious code or use the contact form for unsolicited bulk messages. Please provide accurate contact details so we can respond to your enquiry.
Articles, examples and external services
Articles and case studies explain design approaches and examples of past work. Your project's requirements and results will depend on its own scope and context. Confirm important commercial or delivery details directly with the studio.
Links to Calendly, marketplaces and social profiles take you to separate services with their own terms and privacy notices. An external link does not make this website responsible for that service's operation.
