Who is responsible?
Rameez Ahmed operates Evoke Creative Creations, an independent design studio based in Karachi, Pakistan, working online with clients worldwide. This notice covers this public studio website and enquiries sent to the studio. For privacy questions or requests, email evokecreativecreations@gmail.com.
Information you give us
The contact form asks for your name, email address, project type and message. You may also choose to share a budget, timeline, references or other project details. If you email us or book a call, we receive the information you provide through that channel. Please share only what is needed to discuss your project.
We use this information to answer questions, assess your brief, prepare a quotation, communicate about a project and keep relevant business records. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Website visits and optional analytics
Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as an IP address, browser details and the page requested, to deliver and protect the website. These operational records are separate from optional Google Analytics.
Google Analytics is off until you enable it. If you accept, we measure page views, accepted contact-form enquiries and clicks to the booking calendar, Fiverr or email. Our custom events include a page path and, for enquiries, a service category; they do not include your name, email address or message. Google may process device information, approximate location and browser identifiers. Advertising storage, ad personalization and Google signals remain disabled. Cookies and preference storage
- Your choice: this website stores an analytics preference and the time it was saved in your browser's local storage under
evoke_cookie_consent. The choice is valid for 180 days, after which we ask again. It does not identify you across websites. - Appearance: your light or dark mode choice is saved in local storage under
evoke_themeuntil you change it or clear site storage. It is not sent to the studio or used for Analytics. - Optional analytics: after acceptance, Google Analytics can use first-party cookies such as
_gaand_ga_*. We configure their lifetime to up to 180 days without extending it on each visit; your browser may shorten it. - Changing your mind: choose Cookie settings in the footer to enable or reject analytics. Rejection disables future Analytics collection and removes accessible Analytics cookies for this website. It does not undo information already sent to Google.
If browser storage is unavailable, your choice applies to the current page and you may be asked again on another visit. The contact form and ordinary navigation work without Analytics permission.
Service providers and external links
Our website and enquiry workflow use outside services:
- Netlify: website hosting and delivery. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.
- Web3Forms: processes contact-form submissions and delivers enquiries to our email inbox. Its processing, security and retention practices are described in Web3Forms' Privacy Policy.
- Google: email correspondence through Gmail and optional website measurement through Google Analytics. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Calendly: our Book a call links open a separate booking service. Booking information is processed under Calendly's Privacy Notice.
Social and marketplace links open separate websites with their own policies. Our cookie settings control this website's Analytics; they do not control what another website does after you follow a link.
Why processing takes place
Depending on your location and the applicable law, handling a requested enquiry or project may involve steps toward a contract or performance of an agreement. Necessary correspondence, website security and business administration may rely on legitimate interests, and some records may be required by law. Optional Analytics on this website relies on your permission, which you can withdraw through Cookie settings.
Storage, retention and international processing
Information may be processed in Pakistan and in other countries where our service providers operate. Providers describe their own international-transfer arrangements in the notices linked above; these should be considered alongside this notice.
We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to answer the enquiry, manage any resulting project, maintain required business records or resolve a complaint. Relevant factors include whether a project is active and whether legal or accounting requirements apply. Provider-held copies and backups may have different retention periods. Google-held Analytics data follows our Analytics property's retention settings and Google's processing policies. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us about personal information we hold, request correction or deletion, or object to or request restriction of processing. Depending on applicable law, you may also have a right to a copy or portability of certain data and to complain to the relevant privacy authority. Some records may need to be retained for a lawful reason. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify a request.
